Commemorative Lectures】台頭するインド ―インド人の活力と世界進出の秘密にせまる―

On Saturday, February 3, 2018, the commemorative lecture of Hiroshima University Museum titled, “台頭するインド ―インド人の活力と世界進出の秘密にせまる―” will be held at the Library Hall in the central library, Hiroshima University.

Prof. Okahashi, the program coordinator of TAOYAKA program, will also give a lecture discussing Hiroshima University’s research on India at 13:00.  Detailed information is as follows. Please note that lectures are given in Japanese.

         by Hiroshi Yamashita, Professor, Graduate School of International Cultural Studies, 
                                           Tohoku University

•Time:10:00-17:00
•Venue: Reception Hall, 2nd Floor, Hiroshima University Faculty Club
•Display Items: Hiroshima University’s research on India, auto-rickshaw,  traditional costumes (sarees, punjabi dresses, pyjamas/pajamas), and Indian spices, etc.

•Date: Sunday, February 4, 2018
•Time:13:00-17:00
•Venue: The 7th North Parking lot, Hiroshima University (located in northwest of  Department of Education, Hiroshima University)
