Career and Academic Background before TAOYAKA Program
I pursued my Bachelor’s degree from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala, India on 2015, specializing on Electronics and Communication Engineering. During my undergraduate years I was deeply interested on Physics of Semiconductor Devices and Microelectronics Circuit Design. This motivated me to pursue my Masters on VLSI and Microelectronics. I got my Masters from School of VLSI Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, India on 2017. There I worked on the power optimization of semiconductor devices towards my Master’s thesis.
Research Plan in TAOYAKA Program
My research plan is to design a sensor based Artificial Intelligent (AI) system for a walking robot. The application of the walking robot is aimed to help the elderly people in Agriculture. The research requires the study of dynamics of walking robots and improving the balancing mechanism using optimized architecture of different sensors. Through the TAOYAKA program I want to understand the demands of different disadvantaged regions and they will help me designing a system level solution to their problems, making their life easier.
Career Plan after TAOYAKA Program
I want to join an organization who are working towards the design and implementation of sustainable technology in the grass-root level of the society. I want to work on different applications of robotics in rural lifestyle. I think TAOYAKA will provide me the best platform to start my work right from here in Japan. I want to work in my own country, India, enabling each citizen from the nook and corners of the country, with the Right to Technology.
