[Important] Valid certificates for applying to TAOYAKA Program

Announcement:
Valid certificates for applying to TAOYAKA Program, Hiroshima University

TAOYAKA Program announces that applicants to the program may submit the following application documents as their valid certificates if they are unable to submit the documents specified in the application guidelines due to the spread of the coronavirus.

Type of Selection

  • General Selection/Transfer Admission into 3rd year
    October 2020 (Second Admission) / April 2021 Admission
  • Campus Special Admissions (General Selection/Transfer Admission into 3rd year)
    Joining the Program in October 2020

Type of Application Documents and validity

    1. Official Score Reports of an English Proficiency Test
      (Only for applicants whose mother tongue is not English.)
      >>> Applicants may submit their latest test score report as a valid application document if they are unable to submit a score report for the test which was taken within two years of the date of entrance examination.
    2. Official Test Score of a Japanese Proficiency Test
      (Only for non-Japanese applicants who have studied Japanese.)
      >>> Applicants may submit their latest test score report as a valid application document if they are unable to submit a score report for the test which was taken within two years of the date of entrance examination.
    3. Copy of a Certificate of Residence in Japan
      (Only for non-Japanese applicants who reside in Japan.)
      >>> Applicants may substitute a copy of a certificate of residence in Japan with a copy of their residence card (Zairyu-card) as a valid application document if they are unable to submit a certificate of residence in Japan issued within three months before the application period.
