The 1st TAOYAKA Program International Symposium will be held on Sunday, November 2nd!
TAOYAKA Program for creating a flexible, enduring, peaceful society has been selected as Program for Leading Graduate Schools (Multidisciplinary Model: Multicultural-Coexistence Society) in 2013.
The aim of this program is to train excellent students as leaders with broad perspectives and creativities, who are globally active beyond areas of industry, academia, and government.
For our 1st International Symposium, two professionals who have been working closely with disadvantaged regions in Japan and developing nations will give keynote lectures. The two professionals are Mr. Shinya Ominami (Director, NPO Green Valley Inc.) and Ms. Hiromi Tengeji (Representative, Kopernik Japan). This symposium will be a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of multicultural-coexistence societies and know your own possibilities of making a difference in the world.
