Opening ceremony was held
We held a “Hiroshima University Taoyaka Program for creating a flexible, enduring, peaceful society’s Opening Ceremony 2014” on April 3rd. 7 students have enrolled in April. They are from Japan, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
This program aims to foster global leaders who contribute to multicultural coexistence while working closely with those regions, by deeply understanding the regional society and culture, and accordingly developing technologies and implementing these for resolving the problems faced by disadvantaged regions.
President Asahara have presented President Address and encoureged the students.
Open Seminar and Program Information Session was held
On March 21st Fri, Taokaya program held “Open Seminar and Program Information Session” at Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima.
As keynote lecture, Toshifumi YADA, Emeritus professor The University of Kitakyushu, talked about the university reform.
The title was “Concept of integrating Osaka City University and Osaka Prefecture University – Pursuit of new university reform model”
Professor Hidenori OKAHASHI explained about Taoyaka Program.
