The Second Annual Open Dialogue between Six Universities (June 11.12)
We are happy to announce that the Second Annual Open Dialogue between Six Universities will be held at Hiroshima University on June 11 and 12, 2016.
The six universities are selected in the Composite category (Pluralistic society) of the Program for Leading Graduate Schools, supported by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). The event is to hold inter-university discussions based on the mutual theme, “Multicultural-Coexistence Society.” However, the event is open to the public.
Everyone is invited to the open seminar/the keynote speech. We also welcome observers for the rest of the program upon request. For both sessions, please make a reservation via email to TAOYAKA Program Office by June 8th. Please see the following details.

3) Exploring career options with a doctorate degree in Multicultural x Interdisciplinary approach

Intensive Language Programs for TAOYAKA Students
TAOYAKA students had an opportunity to attend one of the two Intensive Language Programs, English (10 days: Feb. 19-Mar. 3, 2016) and Japanese (5 days: Feb. 25-Mar.2, 2016). Communication and presentation skills were the main focus for both language programs. Even though it was a short time period, the program helped students to improve their language skills.
